The academic experience of the R&D Biosfered Team and the constant collaboration with the Unit of Plant Physiology, Department of Life Sciences and Systems Biology of the University of Turin allow us to use the most advanced techniques for the quality control of raw materials, processing intermediates and final products.

The spectrophotometric analysis (UV/VIS ) is used for the first screening and relative quantification, using the most scientifically proven and consolidated methodologies (e.g., DMAC) .

Samples are then analyzed according to their chemical-physical characteristics.

Volatile samples (e.g., Furanodienes of Myrliq or volatile fractions of BosLiq) are quantified by gas chromatography coupled with a flame ionization detector (GC-FID), while the identification of individual compounds is carried out by gas chromatography coupled with mass spectrometry (GC-MS).

For non-volatile components, we use liquid chromatography (HPLC) for the separation and in conjunction with tandem mass spectrometry (HPLC-ESI-MS/MS) for the precise identification of separated compounds.
